I was a student at Evergreen secondary school and was part of the 13th Prefect's Executive Committee as the Head of Discipline. As head of the Discipline, I oversaw the planning and execution of various core school events and activities organized by the Prefectorial Board. These included the annual Secondary 1 Orientation, Teacher's Day Celebration, Prom and Graduation Night. I was also part of the organizing committee of the annual Leadership In Action Camp in 2016, an important annual leadership developmental camp that trains aspiring Secondary 3 student leaders through essential and intensive leadership learning activities. I am also a National Youth Achievement Award Silver recipient in recognition of my contributions to the school as a student leader.
I am also an active volleyballer since 2013. I am committed to excellence and passionate about the sport and was able to become the captain of the Boy's team in Evergreen Secondary school in 2015 and 2016. I was given a chance to demonstrate my leadership skills by rallying my teammates during competitions and tried to be a role model for my teammates by demonstrating commitment to my Co-Curriculum Activity(CCA) by attending trainings regularly and taking each training seriously. Currently, I am a student in Singapore Polytechnic and is part of the volleyball team. Recently Singapore Polytechnic participated in the POL-ITE 2017 games and was able to clinch the silver medal. I was the pinch-server for the volleyball team.
